Breads and Bakery Products |
The Uniquely Finnish companies bread and bakery products product range includes real homemade rustic breads and traditional provincial breads. It is also possible to find products prepared from grain which was naturally grown on the farm itself. Real rye bread: made using a traditional sour dough starter and baked on the stone grate without yeasts and added ingredients, as well as special Finnish breads called “Lakeuden limppu” and “riihiruislimppu”. Different types of bakery products: cakes, pies, pastries, coffee bread plaits, cinnamon rolls, biscuits and gateaus. Karelian pasties and layer loaves. Gluten-free delicacies: bakery products, biscuits and breads. |
